Warrior Ranks
Major
The
Major is the rank reserved for the Commander of the Warriors. The Major is in control on the
battlefield and decides the scheme of attack based on input from Intel gathered
by Warrior recon (SOF) and Patrol Leader recommendations. He also determines the succession of command in
case he is unable to continue. When possible he will prepare an OPORD
(Operations Order) to outline the mission of the Company.
Captain
(XO)
A Captain is the second highest rank in the Company. The Captain serves as the
2IC (Second in Command). He is responsible for scheduling and reporting
the results of matches. He will also attend all matches that the Commander
can't attend. He does not however necessarily lead the unit in
battle. That will be left to the discretion of the Commander. The XO
will also aid the commander in administrative data for the Warriors.
1st Lieutenant
A 1st Lieutenant is the rank reserved for Squad leaders. A Squad consists of
10-15 Warriors.
These members will lead the Warriors into
battle, help the Commander in formulating a decision, and ensure their squad
understands the mission. They will also when needed schedule training for the
squad or individual Warriors. If the training is scheduled they or their
second in command needs to be there, to evaluate and participate.
2nd Lieutenant (PLT XO)
A 2nd Lieutenant serves as the 2IC (Second in Command) in the Squad. He
will attend all matches that the Squad Leader can't attend. The XO
will also aid the Squad Leader in administrative data for the Squad.
The administrative data includes but is not limited to: ensuring Wilco is up
prior to practices/matches and tracking kills for the platoon and reporting them
to the Warrior XO. Any other administrative data will be determined by the
Squad Leader.
First Sergeant
The First Sergeant is the senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Company. They
have the responsibility to ensure that Warriors remain disciplined in battle.
They must limit the amount of time taken by the leaders to direct the platoon.
This allows the leaders to command the platoon and not get decisively engaged
where the platoon suffers. Warriors can attain the rank of First Sergeant
based on performance or direct appointment based on performance. A Warrior with
300 multiplayer kills and 50 multiplayer
matches will be promoted to Sergeant.
Platoon Sergeant
The Platoon Sergeant is the senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Squad. They
have the responsibility to ensure that Warriors remain disciplined in battle.
They must limit the amount of time taken by the leaders to direct the platoon.
This allows the leaders to command the platoon and not get decisively engaged
where the platoon suffers. The NCOs are the backbone of the squad starting with
the
Platoon Sergeant. Warriors can also attain the rank of Platoon Sergeant
based on performance. A Warrior with 200 multiplayer kills and 35 multiplayer
matches will be promoted to Sergeant.
Staff Sergeant
The Section Sergeant serves as senior Team Leaders and is responsible for six
Warriors. Two teams form a squad. They will lead them into battle ensuring they adhere to the
guidance given by the commander. All of their actions should seek to complete
the mission successfully. Actions at the smallest level is what will make the
larger organization successful. As a result these Warriors should be very
experienced. Warriors can also attain the rank of Staff Sergeant based on
performance. A Warrior with 150 multiplayer kills and 25 multiplayer
matches will be promoted to Sergeant.
Sergeant
Sergeant's serve as the Fire Team leader's for the squad. A Fire Team is made up of two
Warriors and two Fire Teams form a squad. The team leader should be prepared to take
control of the squad in case the Section Sergeant is hurt and can't continue.
The Team Leader should also understand the mission and CDRs intent.
Warriors can also attain the rank of Sergeant based on performance. A
Warrior with 100 multiplayer kills and 25 multiplayer matches will be promoted
to Sergeant.
Corporal
A Corporal has 75 multiplayer kills and has participated in 20 multiplayer
matches.
Specialist
A Specialist has completed all requirements for the lower ranks and has 50
multiplayer kills. Any Warrior looking to attain the rank of specialist
should also have participated in 15 matches.
Private First Class
A Private First Class has proven proficiency through the completion of training missions
for their chosen specialty. Warriors are promoted to PFC after successful
completion of the required training missions for their specialty and participation
in 8 matches or practices.
Private
A Private is a new member to the Warriors whose only mission is to become
proficient at their assigned specialty. Prior to promotion they will have proven
proficiency by completing the training mission for their chosen specialty and
have attended four practices or matches.
